Are there any extra fees?

No, all our interior design services have a fixed price. The price refers to a space up to 30 square meters. If you have a larger room or area you want help with, contact us and we'll put together a good deal. The only thing that costs anything in addition to the service is the products you choose to buy.

How do I communicate with the interior designer?

You and the decorator agree on how you want to communicate with each other, but the most common is email or WhatsApp.

Can I keep my existing furnitures?

Of course! The decorator adapts the interior design proposal based on both existing and new furniture entirely based on your wishes.

Can I get help with coloring the walls too?

Absolutely! Just let us know that you want help with wall paint and the decorator will include it in the delivery. We use colors from Jotun.

How do I make sure that my existing furnitures works in Scandinavian design?

When you place the order, tell us about your needs and wishes and give examples of which furnitures you have and like. Your decorator will contact you within a couple of days and then you can send pictures and videos of the area you want help with. Our interior designers are very good at capturing the style and adapt it to work with Scandinavian design.

How long does it take before I receive my final design?

The decorator starts with your project within 1-4 working days after you place your order. The time it takes for an interior designer to develop your interior design depends on the type of service you have chosen and how quickly you respond to any questions the interior designer may ask. Generally speaking, you will receive delivery of your order within 1-2 weeks after the project has begun.

How do I buy the products that the decorator recommends?

You simply order the products from the respective supplier via links in the digital product list included in your interior design.

Why do I need to set a budget for the project?

The budget you set for the assignment indicates the scope for purchasing new furniture and interior details and in what price range. The decorator selects product suggestions based on the budget you entered.

How does the decorator know which furniture will fit?

If the decorator needs measurements, floor plans, pictures or videos, you will receive a request for it. It looks a little different depending on which service you chose, what your room looks like and what needs and wishes you have.

How do I pay for the service?

You pay via Klarna, card payment are possible.

What do I do if a product is out of stock?

You buy the products you want directly from the respective trader. The decorator always tries to choose products that are in stock when the interior design is delivered to you. But stocks can change quickly, so please order as soon as possible. In some cases, there may also be a longer delivery time to take into account.

What do I do if I am not satisfied with the design?

If you are not satisfied with the interior design, just tell the interior designer what it is you don't like and you will receive an updated design that hopefully fits better.

Do you have a Satisfied Customer guarantee?

Absolutely! We always do our absolute utmost to ensure that you as a customer are satisfied. But sometimes things can go crazy. If you don't think you got the service you deserve, we'll make sure you get a new proposal. If you are still not satisfied, you get your money back.
